Amanda is our Account and Project Manager, who keeps our team organized and running smoothly. Her main goal is to ensure we deliver a stellar end product, and that our clients feel supported, confident, and very satisfied throughout the process.
When Amanda is not managing all the little details, you can find her traveling anywhere and everywhere, discovering a new gluten-free recipe, or spending quality time with her family.
Prior to joining Digital Deployment, Amanda worked at Google, project managing one of the largest marketing launches in Google history with the Pixel and Pixel 2 phones.
Brandon is a highly-skilled marketer with an extensive track record of success. Before working with the Streamline team at Digital Deployment, he co-founded an agency that was the digital agency of record for the 2012 Democratic National Convention where he generated more than $750 million in leads for a subsidiary of Time Warner Cable (now Spectrum Communications.) His former clients include Dukenet, Bojangles, and National Agents Alliance. For his efforts, he was recognized as one of the top entrepreneurs by Bloomberg Businessweek and Ernst and Young.
Steph leads improvements in Digital Deployment’s content services, and oversees our growing team of content specialists and migrators. Her goal is to make sure each client is represented thoughtfully and thoroughly through their online presence. She also supervises our office dog, Pan, to make sure he’s efficiently napping throughout the day.
Outside of work, you’re most likely to find Steph hanging around coffee shops in Midtown, at the dog park, hiking on Mt. Tam, or obsessively listening to true crime podcasts.
Mac is the CEO of Digital Deployment. He is responsible for the growth of the company, recruiting and retaining top talent, and standing for Digital Deployment’s culture and values. His passion is empowering institutions, associations, and nonprofits to communicate online and better connect with their users while teaching them how to build measurable and sustainable business value.
Sloane oversees the operation of the company as a whole. On the deployment team, her main focus is creating systems and structures to support business operations and culture; on the Streamline team, she spends her time pioneering and improving the company’s software-as-a-service strategy, identifying and deploying the platform into new verticals, and working closely with partners.
Cameron leads Digital Deployment’s product development, hosting and infrastructure, and front-end development capabilities.
A leader in the open-source community, Cameron has served as a core contributor of Drupal 6, 7, and 8. He currently maintains 35 Drupal.org modules and his composer-patches project on Github has been downloaded nearly 5 million times and is widely considered to be a standard part of the Drupal 8 development workflow.
Lindsay Hardy is Digital Deployment’s strategist. His passion for creating elegant user experiences and solving real-world problems drives the discovery phase and enables us to create meaningful solutions for our clients.
When he’s not immersed in analytics, stakeholder surveys or focus groups, he can be found tearing up the trails on his bike, goofing off with his family or filling a sketchbook with his ink and watercolors creations.
Heather grew up in a family of entrepreneurs, which led to a passion for building strong business relationships and for educating customers in a way that makes learning smooth and easy. Her goal is to empower communication, stay connected with her community, and be a welcoming, supportive resource for all Digital Deployment customers.
Andrew Lague is our lead software engineer that makes sure our product is meeting and exceeding our customer’s needs. Taking feature requests and ideas from our support and management teams and turning them into reality is the name of his game. With the amazing Streamline team, he loves taking business problems and producing elegant, easy to use solutions with state of the art technology.
Maria focuses on our client success by developing long-term relationships, creating a bridge between platform development and the user, and ensuring clients’ needs and expectations are exceeded. She leads client services through the demonstration, discovery, and development phases, while providing direct support along the way. By working first-hand with clients, Maria hopes to increase their success by understanding the challenges faced and how Streamline can fix them.
Rocky Martin is an accomplished relationship builder with a strong commitment to helping clients succeed. With over 10 years of relationship sales, he has a passion for customer service and offers the kind of leadership and consultative expertise that Digital Deployment clients demand. He also leads our strategic partnership program, working with firms that offer complementary technology to further enhance our clients’ experience.
Jason is our lead frontend developer, making our client websites look spectacular and always keeping up with the cool new things in our industry. His passion lies in the details of a design, always working his hardest to make it a reality in the digital space.
With his focus on details, he enjoys building computers from scratch and organizing all the cables and cords in the office. After work and on the weekends you can find Jason hanging with his two awesome kids, watching a movie, playing a round of golf, or zipping around in his speedy car.
Maria is a graphic designer with experience in advertising, branding and website design. She is in charge of creating informed designs that are not only functional and accessible but beautiful as well. Her favorite part of the design process is finding out what makes each client unique and reflecting that on their website and identity.
Ginger works hard to ensure all financial and legal matters of Digital Deployment are in order. From coordinating the health benefits for employees to tracking down lost receipts, Ginger supports Digital Deployment’s day-to-day operations. She has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from California State University Sacramento.
For more than 20 years Frank has worked at the intersection of marketing, innovation and technology. He honed his craft at Disney/ABC, Frito-Lay, General Mills and Colgate-Palmolive before founding The Pioneer Group where he works with high growth companies to develop marketing strategies, deploy marketing technology stacks and drive results. Frank and his team began working with Streamline in early 2018 and he provides marketing strategy and marketing project management for the Streamline team at Digital Deployment.
Stephen Potenza is our full-stack engineer who brings almost 20 years of experience developing web-based applications. In addition to his technical expertise, he has an eye for design and brings an empathetic approach to user interface architecture. By developing an understanding of our customers, Stephen hopes to continually refine Streamline and tailor the product to their explicit and implicit needs.
Kristy leads Digital Deployment’s production arm. Her passion for client success is nurtured by her drive to deeply understand complex online challenges, and how Digital Deployment’s services and platform can solve them.
When Kristy is not working, you can find her eating her way through the Sacramento food-scene. More importantly, she enjoys downtime with her husband, daughter, and pup.
Ever wonder how thousands of pages get from old websites to new websites? This is Timothy’s forté. Tim works closely with the Steph and Karla on the content services team to inventory content, match (and when necessary, redirect) URLs, plan electronic migrations, perform complex mapping to new information architecture, and manually pass through and check every page to ensure quality control.
Karla is a content specialist who strives to ensure no detail is overlooked. She’s a recent UC Davis graduate who joined the Digital Deployment team in hopes of reducing noise surrounding our clients’ online communication channels.
When she isn’t working on a project, you can most likely find her trying out a new recipe, binge watching a new TV show, or daydreaming about her next adventure.
Dave uses his near obsessive-compulsive attention to detail to ensure our clients’ websites have their desired look and feel. With nearly 15 years of combined experience in graphic design and web development, he is passionate about making sure websites are not only visually appealing, but also informative and easy to use.
