See our recent Sacramento websites below:
Old Sacramento Waterfront
Located in the heart of Sacramento’s historic district, the Old Sacramento Waterfront (The Waterfront) is the perfect spot to grab a bite, plan a shopping trip, experience gold rush history, or simply enjoy a waterfront cocktail with friends.
Already a staple for tourists, The Waterfront came to Digital Deployment looking for an impactful, new website that could re-introduce The Waterfront to local residents and invite them to explore the expanding shopping, dining, and growing event opportunities there.
Sacramento City Unified School District
SCUSD picked our Sacramento website design company to create a comprehensive website and intranet solution for the entire school district as well as all 75 of its schools
More than 50 different users make changes to the sites every week, and tens of thousands of posts, forms, images, and staff profiles are managed in a single platform.
We also designed the website’s predecessor in 2010, and were re-engaged in 2016 to refresh the designs and make them mobile-responsive.
Our team led focus groups with principals, staff, and students to help understand their needs and used data to bring the most utilized content to the forefront.
Sacramento State College of Continuing Education
Our redesign of the College of Continuing Education at California State University, Sacramento led them to win a national award for their website and marketing materials by UPCEA, the national association for continuing education.
As part of the redesign, we integrated a separate, legacy course catalog and other systems into the main website and made it look modern and responsive using our WebWrap™ technology.
Sacramento County Employees’ Retirement System
Founded in 1941, The Sacramento County Employees’ Retirement System (SCERS) is a defined benefit retirement system dedicated to ensuring Sacramento’s public servants have access to financial security and an opportunity to achieve their retirement goals.
Sacramento SPCA
The Sacramento SPCA is an open admission animal shelter, which means they accept animals that are surrendered to us regardless of health, age, breed or behavior. Open admission shelters play an essential role in providing care to the thousands of animals that would otherwise have no safe refuge. As such, the Sacramento SPCA was looking for local Sacramento website designer that could take their online efforts to the next level in supporting their important mission.
Sacramento Area Sewer District
Sacramento Area Sewer District, or SASD, had an aging website that was not user friendly and couldn’t be updated by SASD staff. It was visually outdated, difficult to navigate, and both visitors and staff reported that they were not able to find what they were looking for. Perhaps most importantly, it didn’t represent how much this organization cares about its customers.
Sacramento Area Council of Governments
The Sacramento Area Council of Governments (SACOG) reached out to Digital Deployment because they needed a website design agency with government expertise and a deep understanding of how to organize its extreme amount of content and data to better sever SACOG’s numerous audiences. It also had the complexity of multiple external websites that needed to be migrated to the new platform.
Using Slick Plan to cooperatively create a new information architecture and putting heavy emphasis on the content inventory, migration and governance plan allowed us to design a very inviting site, house 13,000+ documents and create a cohesive user experience.
Our new website is awesome. Thank you!
